Dashboard – the “To-Do-List”
The Main Menu of this software contains a Dashboard tab that displays Open Corrective Actions.
Each category contains the Number of Open Corrective Actions, Open Supplier Corrective Actions (SCARs), and Open Corrective Action Task items.
Selecting any item will Display the Unique Items under that Scenario.
A Double Click will Open the Corrective Action to View and Update as necessary.
Corrective Action Tab
The Corrective Action tab is used to:
Create a new corrective action.
View existing corrective actions.
Prepare and send emails for open corrective actions.
Prepare and send emails for open action items and
View available reports.
Search Corrective Actions
Easily Search for the Corrective Action(s) of interest. Search using various fields, and any combination of those fields, to filter the result list.
Once the corrective action of interest is found, choose between viewing the simple or detailed version of the corrective action record. Then a single-click will open the corrective action.
To view the corrective actions in a report format, click Preview Report.
Report views are handy to print out and distribute as needed.
