Equipment Types can be added and managed. Each piece of equipment can be assigned to an equipment type.
Each Equipment Type can have a data log defined for it. A data log is a unique table (spreadsheet view) created and can be assigned to a specific [piece of equipment within the Preventive Maintenance Tasks. This table is this used to capture readings taken from a piece of equipment regularly.
This, in conjunction with preventive maintenance tasks and repair entries, can assist in predicting failures.
