Main Menu
The Preventive Maintenance software is designed so that users can get the information they want with as few clicks as possible.
Single-clicks can open reports, view equipment information, preventive maintenance tasks, preventive maintenance history, and schedule and send emails of past due and upcoming preventive maintenance tasks.
Dashboard – The To-Do-List
The Dashboard in the Main Menu provides a quick and easy way to display all past-due preventive maintenance and upcoming tasks.
The frequency groups the task items with a summary of the number of tasks within each group.
A single click of the group provides all of the individual equipment and preventive maintenance task items.
Viewing Of Preventive Maintenance Task
With the To-Do Task group selection, the Equipment and Task of interest selection, and the View PM Task option checked, the details of the Preventive Maintenance task are displayed.
Viewing Of Preventive Maintenance Equipment Details
With the selection of the To-Do Task group, the selection of the Equipment and Task of interest, and the View Equipment option checked. The Equipment Information and details are displayed.
